How often is the pool of open positions updated?
Through regular exchange with our clients we are often among the first to be informed about vacancies or reorganizations. That’s why you should check the Cameo Systems job listings regularly — they are updated constantly. Sometimes vacancies are not advertised publicly because the roles are confidential.

Why should I apply via a recruitment consultant?
As an applicant we offer you objective advice, in which together we determine whether you are a fit for the role and the company. Thanks to our many years of experience in software testing and QA we have excellent industry knowledge and know our clients’ requirements and decision-makers very well.
What happens to my application when I apply to a specific role or speculatively?
If you apply to a specific listing, we’ll get in touch with you. Together we’ll review your qualifications for that role. Unless you explicitly consent to a forwarding, your application will be discussed with the client’s decision-makers discreetly and anonymously. Blocklists are of course respected.
If you send us a speculative application, we discuss your further wishes beforehand and search for suitable positions at our clients. Blocklists are of course respected here too. We only contact you when we have found a role that really fits you.

Our Managing Director David founded Cameo Systems in 2015 and, together with his team, specializes in logistics, retail, banking, insurance, large consultancies, the automotive sector, as well as pharma and chemicals. Our candidates are testers and developers of all kinds, software architects, SAP consultants, business analysts, change managers, defect managers, interim managers, database administrators, IT project managers, program managers, team leads, release managers and security consultants.
Does Cameo help with follow-on projects for me?
Yes! As recruitment experts our focus is on long-term cooperation with clients and candidates. Two months before the end of a project we speak with both candidates and clients about a possible extension as well as alternatives, ensuring a smooth transition for everyone involved.
What rates does Cameo pay?
