This happens in an initial conversation where the hiring manager captures the role requirements, prepares the job description and identifies suitable candidates from our pool or via channels such as Xing and LinkedIn.
After reviewing CVs of potential candidates, we run the individual interviews. Once candidates have successfully completed our process we forward their profiles to the hiring company. Through regular exchange with our clients we are often among the first to be informed about vacancies or reorganizations. That’s why you should check the Cameo Systems job listings regularly — they are updated constantly. Sometimes vacancies are not advertised publicly because the roles are confidential.

What happens to my application when I apply to a specific role or speculatively?
If you apply to a specific listing, we’ll get in touch with you. Together we’ll review your qualifications for that role. Unless you explicitly consent to a forwarding, your application will be discussed with the client’s decision-makers discreetly and anonymously. Blocklists are of course respected.
