Test Manager (m/w) Festanstellung

A client of ours based in Erlangen is looking for a Test Manager in the automotive industry.

YOUR TASKS:

• Leading and managing Design Verification Plan & Reports (DVP&R) on eAxle gearbox and torque disconnect device
• Intern support of system department testing in term of gearbox issues
• Contributing to gearbox validation strategy and standard validation procedure
• Contributing to the enhancement of skills and expertise by capitalizing the know-how
• Leading and participating in RAISE and R&D design reviews, providing risk status and issues
• Possibility of team management (4–6 people) in short term

SKILLS:

• You have a successfully completed degree in the field of mechanical engineering with a focus on powertrain, gearbox or similar
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in an automotive engineering role and preference on electrified gearbox testing
• Automotive industry experience required
• Strong communication, cooperation and team skills necessary
• Fluent in German / Fließend in Deutsch
